1. Assemble: Gently place the wooden Lotus and Koi sculpture into the center of the wooden base, ensuring the Decorative Crystals are already layered in the base around the hole (as pictured).
2. Apply Oil: Open the essential oil bottle. Apply 5 to 8 drops directly onto the wooden parts of the Lotus and Koi sculpture AND/OR onto the Decorative Crystals for prolonged, layered diffusion.
3. Enjoy: The fragrance will be passively absorbed and gradually released into the air. The crystals naturally help hold and extend the life of the applied oil.
4. Refresh: Reapply oil as needed (recommended every 3-5 days) to refresh the fragrance intensity.
5. Note: Do not add water. This is a passive wood-wick diffuser.

Our mass production time is usually 30-45 days. According to different delivery requirements of customers, we can reduce the production time to 15-20 days at the earliest according to the current production order situation, so as to help customers solve urgent orders with emergencies.

For accessory type products, we usually use regular cartons for safe packing. For finished products, we can provide color box packaging, PP bags, etc. There are usually 5-10 packs of desiccant in the carton. We can customize any type of packaging according to customer requirements.
Our payment terms are that customers need to pay a 30% deposit before production, and the remaining 70% of the balance payment is paid off before shipment. When you become our VIP customer, the two parties can negotiate various types of payment terms.
First of all, we will confirm with the customer whether the product has drawings, samples or demand forms. Second, we will make corresponding quotations according to the information provided by customers. Third, after confirming the price, we will start the drawing and modeling of the pre-production sample and the development of the mold, and complete the production of the pre-production sample within 5-7 working days. After the customer receives the sample and confirms that there is no problem, the two parties negotiate to make a formal order and start mass production.
